  • Care instructions
If you have selected a finish that leaves your item in bare un-finished steel, you will want to regularly apply oil such as WD-40 to the item to prevent rust.  All other finishes are powder coated, and suitable for all environments. No additional care is needed.
  • Custom and personalized orders:
Yes, we do custom orders! To inquire about a custom order, send us a message about what you are wanting including dimensions and finish. After details are worked out, we will do up a custom order just for you.
We do not do any design work before a custom order is placed and paid for. During the design time, proofs are sent and final approval is requested before cutting and finishing.
Proofs will be sent for personalized orders that are ordered directly on the shop with the names or dates included in the comments. After 24 hours, if no response, the piece will be cut exactly like the proof.
  • Items returned because of incorrect address:
Buyer takes full responsibility in making sure they have included the correct ship to address before paying and submitting order.
  • Returns and exchanges:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All of our items are custom designed, hand cut, produced, painted and made to your preferences at checkout, therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

 

  • Cancellations
I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

  • Damaged Item during shipping
If you received your item damaged, you must contact me within 3 business days. A photo of the item and package must be sent to show proof of any damage including all packaging and the item. You must keep all packaging materials and the damaged item for us to be able to file an insurance claim to replace your order.

  • Do you offer different sizes?
Yes, we can do custom sizes up to 8 feet. However, not all of our pieces are designed to be made smaller.
