All of our items are custom designed, produced, powder coated and made to your preferences at checkout, therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- Damaged Item during shipping
If you received your item damaged, you must contact me within 3 business days. A photo of the item and package must be sent to show proof of any damage including all packaging and the item so we can file a claim. The post office is requiring damaged items including shipping material be taken in for inspection. Please hold on to all items until asked to do so.
