Service impacts from Covid-19 and the Maui Wildfire Disaster.

Our shop was not directly affected by the wildfires and we are currently operating while also trying to volunteer and serve our local Maui community. We appreciate your business during such a horrific and trying time her on the island.

Your order may be slightly delayed as a result of the safety measures taken by both your government and our shipping carriers during Covid-19.

 Shipping within the U.S.

  • Cost

Purchases over $35 ship free to the United States. International rates, where applicable will show in cart. Shipping costs will be shown in cart prior to purchase. Many items ship free! Free shipping includes ground shipping. If you want to expedite shipping, please do so at checkout.

  • Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Our normal processing times for in stock items to ship out is 3-10 business days. Custom orders take approximately 1-2 weeks to ship out. For details, see individual items. If you need your order for a specific date, please let us know up front or at purchase so we can be accommodating.
  • Delivery Times
The delivery times refer to the time after your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to a shipping carrier. Please note that we have a handling time to make, prepare and package your order before then. We are unfortunately unable to control delivery times after we've handed your order to a shipping carrier.
  • International Shipping 
International shipping can take 2-8 weeks depending on customs. Global Postal Shipping is taking much longer than that at times. Orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. Please be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. We charge actual shipping fees ONLY! We will not be responsible and will not pay your duty or tax fees.
  • Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Damaged Item during shipping

If you received your item damaged, you must contact me within 3 business days. A photo of the item and package must be sent to show proof of any damage including all packaging and the item so we can file a claim. The post office is requiring damaged items including shipping material be taken in for inspection. Please hold on to all items until asked to do so.

  • Item returned because of wrong address

Additional shipping costs incurred from providing the wrong address during the order process is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for paying a new shipping charge and providing the correct address.

If the buyer provides the wrong address at checkout, there is no way for Simply Royal Design to edit/change the address. Buyer is solely responsible to first re-order with the correct ship to address and then second request to cancel and refund the original order. Buyer takes full responsibility in making sure they have included the correct ship to address before paying and submitting order.
